​How to help
The We Are Hope Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that is accepting donations to fund various community projects and to provide hope for individual residents in need of a helping hand. Our goals are to work together with our entire community to help vulnerable people in our area. Donations may be made to any member of the Board of Directors. As we add more options to donate, we will update accordingly.

Volunteers welcome
If you see opportunities throughout the city of LaVergne to volunteer, we welcome you to help in the name of our Foundation. Please take photos and let us know so you can be listed among our community members with a generous heart!

As the Foundation grows, we hope to provide utility assistance for residents in need, and other projects as approved by the Board of Directors.

Kayleigh's Blessing Box
​
​“Every family should have food,” said Kayleigh Balthrop, the 2021 Miss Volunteer State Little and 2022 Tennessee Junior Miss Agritourism. Kayleigh named her pageant platform Feeding Tennessee and she has helped thousands of Tennesseans find food. This 10-year old girl inspired the Foundation to provide Blessing Boxes throughout the community.

A blessing box named in her honor is located at the LaVergne Rescue Squad.
